Hey — I'm Josh, I head up engineering at AltText.ai. I dug into your account and your app is actually connected and working (we generated alt text for your images just yesterday).

I think I see what's going on — your bulk update is set to skip images that already have alt text, so re-running it looks like nothing's happening. I also noticed you're only processing 1 image per product, so multi-image products might look incomplete.
