I've been using the app for a month or so now and haven't even used a lot of the features yet. As I've been getting everything set up in the app and within the backend of Shopify, the team at BTN has been so helpful and encouraging. Cyrus is incredibly friendly, explains things well, and has great leading ideas/plans to implement that will assist with everything the company I work for needs! It's clear the values they hold for their team are strong and they value connecting with their clients.
The app itself has so much information in it, and for a brand who doesn't necessarily want to pay the prices of some of the larger apps yet but needs more data than what Shopify provides, this is definitely the best way to go with arguably a better, hands on experience. I'm so impressed with the features, and the team walks you through all of them to make sure you understand. While I don't have data to report yet on the success of using BTN, I have no doubt that the strategies the team has suggested and helping me implement will work wonders.
