Molin: AI Chatbot Agent

A great app. We have big plans for it and with such a simple set up and training of the bot, we were live in no time. Customer service has been very responsive and so far it's been a great success for us. Responses and language are typically excellent.
For a 'no-coder' team it does need to be more simple to implement deeper customisable elements and more powerful integrations with apps like Klaviyo would really help us. Not being able to directly 'add to cart' within the bot (instead it just links to PDPs) is frustrating, but there are fairly regular updates to the app which have so far been well received.
