This app makes the entire process of creating orders that are to be sent out to influencers super easy. I love the fact that it uses AI to parse emails between our team and the influencers we reach out to in order to fill their shipping information. Also very convenient that I can create new orders or affiliate discounts directly from the IH web app and it syncs directly to my Shopify store.
The support team is also very knowledgeable and can help you through any issues but I feel the platform is quite intuitive that I rarely even need to reach out in the first place. Everything is laid out clearly, and it only takes a few minutes to go from setting up an influencer collaboration to actually getting an order pushed through to fulfillment.
Overall, it’s saved us a ton of time and removed a lot of the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with.
