We’ve been using Influencer Hero for three years now, and it has become an essential part of our workflow.
First and foremost, the quality of support is outstanding. There is always a dedicated manager ready to jump in and resolve any issues. For a marketing team, knowing that you have reliable backup is crucial, and they never disappoint.
Secondly, I love how the platform evolves. The frequency of updates and their quick response to market trends are impressive. The app is constantly updated, and they are always rolling out 'cool' new features that keep us ahead of the curve.
Finally, the internal platform itself is excellent. We work extensively with bloggers, and this app truly makes our lives easier by streamlining every step of the process. If you’re looking to scale your influencer marketing, I highly recommend Influencer Hero.
Really easy to use and they have great customer service.
I installed this product and to be honest I paid a hefty monthly fee and found it be a waste of money. It's not that user friendly, and there are better tools out there. One of the big issues I have is that I can't import my existing list and export is limited. I switched to Upfluence and found it to be much better

We do offer multiple ways to import your existing list of influencers (e.g. CSV upload, Google sheets or with pretty much any other tool via our Zapier and API integration), I am sorry that your account manager must have missed that.
We are also happy to help with your exporting needs if you clarify what you wanted to have exported. We have capabilities to export any of your influencer data to excel (or to any other tool via Zapier or API). You can slice and dice which influencers you want to have exported based on detailed filters or by using our AI Chatgpt filter (e.g. “select all influencers that have agreed to post in their last email and to which I have not sent a product yet”). You can also export all of your reports to excel.
We sincerely apologize for the way this situation unfolded and will be reviewing internally why these features were not explained more clearly. We truly appreciate you using our tool over the past 9 months and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
This AP has functionality best suited to AGENCIES or medium to large businesses. If you are a small businss, then go with their FULL SERVICE option perhaps (but, unless you are a tech expert, I don't recommend the self-directed platform option).
My experience was frustrating because I am a small business with no employee to dedicate to managing this platform, building and A/B its testing flows, manage onboarding, outreach email campaigns, and staff capable of walking influencers through an oboarding process. This is a tool for a bigger organization. This is not an easy self-serve solution. So, highly recommend the fully-managed solution if you don't have your own staff.
Influencer Hero is an incredibly efficient platform for managing and onboarding influencers all in one place. The dashboard is user-friendly and far more effective than tools that rely on DMs or TikTok Shop affiliates, which can be limiting. The ability to send mass emails has been a huge asset for our team, especially as we manage two brands through the platform. It’s perfect for large-scale gifting and outreach, making the entire process seamless. Their customer service is exceptional,our rep, Teresita, is truly amazing and always goes above and beyond to support us.
Very helpful staff. App has many features others do not. I hope I am able to extract enough value from the app to justify the cost. Given the interface, I believe I will be able to. I hope in the future updates are added to automate many more task in conjunction with Ai. Honestly, most of the action being done within this app by an administrator could be completely automated saving even more time.
I absolutely love this software! I especially love the feature that allows you to load data reports from any influencer in order to evaluate clicks and engagements. The onboarding was seamless with the help of their amazing customer service team! They were available at anytime for assistance and were always quick to respond :) It is very user friendly and ideal for mass campaigns and mass-gifting.
Great app and supportive team. I love how streamlined the app is. It saves me a lot of time and makes influencer management easy. I only wish I signed up on it earlier.
Influencer Hero is a great tool to finding, onboarding, and managing influencers all in one platform. Their dashboard is particularly useful to see where in the relationship a particular influencer is, whether you've reached out to them versus if they've posted on their socials. If you need a platform to mass gifting or have a mass outreach, their platform helps you do that with just a click of a button. The only drawback is that it is more difficult to onboard 1 creator without creating a separate campaign for them. Overall, there are many capabilities to utilize here.
Great app. The communication flows as well as the influencer finder based on Klaviyo, Shopify & IG followers are a game changer.
