App does not automatically email customers when items go back in stock. It's two star because we never used the preorder part of the app (could be great) and the customer service tried to resolve the situation, but demanded collaborator store access in order to do so for such basic functionality (emails sent) that it was appalling. Just tell us and we'll fix whatever wasn't working.
