We've been unable to reach anyone at Smartive about set-up. We've tried emailing contact@smartive.io and using the chat but have struggled to get any assistance. 5-Star reviews seem fake.

We recently ran into a technical issue with our chat and booking, and our email replies have been slower than they should be, which made us much harder to reach. We're working hard to fix both.
