Manifest AI Chatbot + ChatGPT

Zero support. Completely ignored as a new customer.
We wanted to implement ManifestAI as the core AI solution for our e-commerce platform due to its promising features. Unfortunately, we couldn't even get it up and running. Our store meets every single requirement, yet we encountered issues during the setup. We reached out to their support team multiple times, but we were met with absolute silence. If a company ignores you before you even properly onboard, you cannot trust them to run a core part of your business. Extremely disappointing.
