Ordered a batch for a brand launch. Medium black hoodies. What arrived? X-Large navy blue. Supplier said "we fix next time." Next time? This WAS launch. DropSure verified every item against the order sheet before shipping. Basic thing but apparently rare in POD. Not a single wrong-item complaint since switching.
