First of all, I’d like to clarify that the app pricing, including all usage fees, is clearly stated on the listing page. Even at the maximum product volume (i.e. unlimited products), the highest possible price is $25.99/month.

We always strive to be as transparent as possible about our pricing and overall offering, so if you feel that any part of the pricing or conditions was unclear, we would really appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team. This would help us better understand what caused the confusion and improve the experience going forward.

Secondly, I’m really sorry to hear that the current value of the app for your store does not justify the cost. I’d really appreciate it if you could share whether there are any features you feel are missing or any ways we could improve the app to make it more valuable for your business.
