The app is nice. It does trigger the Google reviews. However, the page in which the opt in take place is poorly designed, and you can't change the look or the text. Contacting support gave only bot answers. No real human. Charging $20/mo for half baked app is too much.

You're right that you deserved a more helpful interaction and we apologize for the frustration. Under normal circumstances, we would have noticed the conversation wasn't progressing and stepped in to help directly. Our chatbot will always do its best, but it does have its limits, and our team is usually just a message away when you need a human touch.
Regarding the text on the opt-in page, our chatbot was actually correct on this one, the reason that text isn't customisable is that it's fully translated into many different languages, so that international customers are automatically presented with the page in their own language. Allowing custom text would unfortunately break this automatic translation. It's a deliberate design choice to ensure the best experience for international customers.
