Terrible software. Most disputes still go through anyway, making the service almost pointless. Support has been completely useless, and multiple times they simply closed the chat when I asked why disputes kept being received without alerts or whether my payment processor integration was even set up correctly.

On top of that, we were charged for multiple false alerts. After disputing them, the cases just stayed “under review” for months, seemingly hoping we would forget about them, only to later find out they were never refunded.

Overall, a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money for us.
