The app doesn't work unless you are on a Growth package with Shopify. In fact, a waste of time if you are on a basic plan. pretty annoying that it says it can target postcodes but doesn't.

Just saw this and honestly, fair frustration. You're right that Shopify locks some of the features we rely on behind their higher plans, and if that wasn't obvious before you installed, that's on us for not flagging it clearly enough up front. I'm sorry you lost time on it 😔
I'm the founder, we're a small team, and reviews like this are genuinely useful even when they sting a bit, so thank you for spelling out what went wrong.
If you're open to it, please send me an email and I'll personally look at your setup. Depending on what you're trying to do with postcode targeting there may be a way to get you there on your current plan, and if there truly isn't, I'll tell you straight instead of wasting more of your time. Either way I'd rather you leave with a clear answer than a bad taste 🙂
