I've been using YMQ Product Options for a while and overall had a very positive experience. The app offers a lot of flexibility for product customization, and it worked well for my store.
During setup, I ran into a few issues and contacted their support team. They were extremely patient, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was their honesty. After reviewing my requirements, they actually told me that I could achieve the specific functionality I needed without using their app at all.
As a result, I decided to uninstall the app. However, because my free trial period had already ended, I was charged a subscription fee. I reached out to the team, explained the situation, and they immediately offered a partial refund without any hassle.
It's rare to find a company that prioritizes honesty and customer satisfaction over simply keeping a subscription. Their professionalism, integrity, and excellent support have earned my trust. Even though I am no longer using the app, I would confidently recommend YMQ Product Options to anyone looking for a reliable product options solution.
