Avada has been extremely disappointing.

As a long-time user, I expected a better experience and more respect for existing customers. Instead, core blog features that were previously available were suddenly moved behind a paywall on our new store, with no meaningful flexibility offered.

For a newly launched store, this is not a customer-friendly approach. The product may have value, but the way long-term users are being treated is frustrating and unfair. The support interaction felt rigid, unhelpful, and completely out of step with what I would expect from a brand that claims to value its customers.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be continuing with this app.
