Good app. This is a real problem when we need to update the customer address when they have selected incorrect address and then we get RTO. Cost saving and time saving App. Good and prompt support provided by Paresh from the team to help us understand all the features and helping us with easy as well as appropriate setup best suiting our website needs.
Thank you for the review! RTO caused by an incorrect shipping address is one of the most expensive problems a store deals with, and it's largely avoidable. Letting customers correct their own address before the order ships saves the failed delivery, the return leg, and the support conversation that follows.
