Been with Stay for about six months now, and unfortunately it’s been another case of overpromising and underdelivering.
During the sales process, I was told I’d have regular meetings with my Customer Success Manager, along with proactive recommendations and insights on how to optimize my subscription program. Since implementation, that simply hasn’t happened. The only interactions I’ve had with my CSM were when I reached out with questions.
There have also been new features released during my time on the platform, yet I’ve received no outreach, guidance, or recommendations on whether they could benefit my business.
The platform itself is solid. It works as advertised and I don’t have major complaints about the software. The problem is that a big part of the reason I chose Stay was the level of support that was promised during the sales process. I expected a proactive partner that would help identify opportunities to improve and grow my subscription program. Instead, the relationship has been largely reactive.
If you’re unhappy with your current subscription platform’s support, Stay probably won’t solve that problem. The software is fine, but the service has fallen well short of expectations.
