I’m not a tech person, but I was able to get WhatFlow up and running in minutes. The interface is super clean and intuitive. I love the automated order tagging—it saves me so much manual data entry. We’ve been using the abandoned cart reminders and the back-in-stock alerts, and the engagement we’re getting from customers is miles ahead of what we were seeing with email. Highly recommend for any Shopify store looking to modernize their customer support and sales channels!
