We’ve been using Loop Voice for a few weeks now and the results have genuinely surprised us. Setup was straightforward, and within a short time the AI was already calling customers who had abandoned their carts.
What we like most is that the conversations don’t sound robotic. Customers can actually ask questions about their order, and the AI responds naturally. We’ve recovered multiple orders that likely would have been lost otherwise.
It’s not a magic solution that converts every abandoned cart, but it has definitely generated additional revenue with very little effort on our side. The dashboard also makes it easy to track recovered orders and see the impact.
If you’re running a Shopify store and have a decent number of abandoned carts, it’s definitely worth testing.

This is exactly the kind of feedback we love to see. You nailed something important: Loop Voice isn't magic, and we'd never claim it converts every abandoned cart. What it does do, as you experienced, is recover orders that would otherwise have been lost, with very little lift on your side.
That's the whole point.
We're especially glad the AI conversations felt natural to your customers. Making the calls sound human, and letting customers actually ask questions about their order, was one of the hardest things to get right, so it means a lot to hear it landed.
And yes, the dashboard is there precisely so you can see the real impact on recovered orders rather than taking our word for it.
