Customers are receiving the wrong products even though our SKUs are mapped correctly and every product package has the correct barcode. This is a serious fulfillment issue that directly affects customer trust and creates additional costs for our business.
What makes the situation worse is how difficult it is to reach Amazon support and get a meaningful investigation for such a critical problem. An app handling order fulfillment needs reliable SKU accuracy and accessible support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, our experience with Amazon MCF has been extremely frustrating recently.
