Wish I could give -10 stars. Stay away from these mafias. Worst experience ever. This App is disgusting, It costed $317 for just two orders in the name of chargeback prevention. Stay away, do not use this service. I really doubt their 5 star reviews as well (Anyone can buy those reviews nowadays).
We're disappointed to see this review, particularly because it contains several statements that are simply not accurate.
First, the amount you referenced was not for "two orders." Your billing consisted of services that had already been provided, including chargeback alerts and disputes processed while your store was actively enrolled. We do not charge merchants for services that were never delivered.
Second, throughout the past two months, we made repeated attempts to speak with you and resolve your concerns. You acknowledged that you were busy and indicated you would make time to discuss the matter, but despite numerous follow-ups, that conversation never took place. We remained willing to review your billing in detail and find a mutually acceptable resolution.
Lastly, the claim that our reviews are purchased is entirely unfounded. Our reviews are from legitimate merchants and are also subject to Shopify's review verification and moderation standards. Making accusations without evidence is misleading to other merchants considering our service.
We remain happy to review your account with you and address any legitimate concerns. However, we believe it's important that public reviews accurately represent the facts and the efforts made to resolve the situation.
