I've used this for a few weeks now, and every search pulls up the exact same 3 or 4 coffees that have nothing to do with what was searched. I'm not convinced that this app actually works and searches for anything. I've never seen it pull up a different set of results.

Thank you for the specific feedback, you were right. We found a backend bug that caused recommendations to ignore what was actually searched and fall back to the same shortlist every time, instead of really searching your catalog. It has beed fixed and we've reached out to you directly to make sure everything's working well for your store.
