this was easy to set up - I am not sure how it will work when a real withdraw comes in though.

Glad to hear the setup was easy. When a real withdrawal request comes in, the customer receives a confirmation email and the request appears in the Revoq app, where you can review the order, requested items and customer details before handling the next steps.

You can also submit a test request with a real Shopify test order to see the full flow before the first real customer request comes in.
