The recent update shipped two bugs that affected you, and your designs were never at risk. Both are now fixed and live: your saved PDF designs appear in the picker again, and image uploads work with a live preview. All of your existing designs are intact, and I've reached out directly to get you back up and running.

The new version also lets you set shop-wide default designs to save setup time, and we're working hard to keep improving it. Four years is a long time to trust us, and I don't take it lightly. Thank you for the feedback.
