I am very disappointed with my experience.

I installed this app to add product options to my Shopify store. Some of the features I needed were only available on the Advanced Plan, so I accepted the free trial to test them.

After spending time setting everything up, I realized the app was not suitable for my store and decided to switch back to the free plan. Unfortunately, there was no clear option to downgrade or cancel the paid plan. I then forgot to remove the app and was later charged for a service that I never actually used.

When I contacted support and explained the situation, I requested a refund, but my request was refused.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify the situation. You installed YMQ Product Options on May 16 and started the Advanced Plan trial to test the premium features. After the trial period, the app remained installed, and the subscription continued. When you contacted us on June 19 regarding the charge, we reviewed your account and offered a partial refund based on the actual usage period.

We understand that you may have expected a different cancellation experience, and we apologize if the downgrade/cancellation process was not clear enough. We have taken your feedback seriously and are working to make this process easier for merchants.

I am the team manager, and I personally followed up with you after your review to help resolve this issue. We have also offered to process a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. If you have received our message, please reply to us anytime, and I will personally handle your refund request.

We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can make this right.
