There was initial issues with cancelling on their service but after expressing my concerns they tell me they are fixing the UI to tell more clearly when you're cancelled. The call quality was OK, but I decided to use something else.

Hey Shane, you were right that after cancelling our app didn't show it had gone through, and that one's on us.
We've since shipped a fix so this won't happen to anyone else. Thanks for taking the time to flag it, it really made the app better.
