Magical Fee Surcharge + Tariff

Fairly simple app to set up and use. We are currently using it to display eco fee messaging for our France market and to apply the correct eco fees to individual products for compliance.

Stephen from the Magical Apps team also helped us get the messaging displaying correctly on our storefront with our custom theme. He was super helpful and responsive when we needed support.
