Smart Pricing app. does not take into account items priced with shipping included. Are you going to add this feature? A shipping percentage, fixed rate or shipping rate per different courier option should be added.

Thanks for trying Smart Pricing, and for the thoughtful suggestion. Right now, we fold your existing product costs into each price tip as a margin buffer. Accounting for shipping (whether a percentage, a flat rate, or per-courier) is exactly the kind of control we're building toward. We're working on letting merchants set their own margin targets so tips can factor in shipping, VAT, and more. We'll keep your feedback close as we develop it.
