After trial, couldn't sign up and pay. Likely going to lose the work I created. No out of hours human support.
Links between data flows, sources and destinations fragile and not always working.

We looked into the issue: a glitch on our side meant you could keep using Coupler.io without an active trial on Shopify's end, but couldn't complete a subscription because of how Shopify billing was set up. We identified and fixed this on July 1, and extended your trial so you have time to subscribe once you're ready. Most importantly - your data flows stayed up and running the entire time, so nothing was lost.
We'd also love to understand more - both on the "fragile links between flows, sources, and destinations" issue (specific examples of which flow, source, destination, and what happened would help a lot) and on when you felt support wasn't reachable. Feel free to share details at contact@coupler.io.
