When an item sells on one platform, it's removed from the other, eliminating oversells and saving me countless hours of manual work. Price and title updates sync seamlessly, making it easy to manage everything from a single source.
What really sets this company apart, though, is their customer service. I recently reached out about description synchronization, which wasn't included in my plan. Rather than giving me a generic "upgrade to Gold" response, Pankaj took the time to understand my business, discussed my request with his team, and worked out a custom solution that fit my needs. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days.
