Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me.

The trial was offered only to give you access to the additional features you were asking about, not to force you into a paid subscription. We respect your decision to remain on the free plan and regret that the interaction created a different impression.
