If it were possible, I would give this app 0 stars. It takes weeks for anyone to respond; before, they were very responsive, sometimes less than 24 hours! And now, any urgent matter cannot be addressed promptly; live chat never works either.
Incredibly disappointing, would not recommend this app anymore.
