Has great potential! The app itself has some UX details that are unintuitive and confusing (which is why I'm taking a star off), but it's easy to get help from the support team via chat. Ultimately, it works well for my use case.

Edit: it was impossible to find a way to cancel my plan. I finally clicked on "Danger zone" just because I was clicking everywhere trying to find it, and there's instructions on it which is SO UNINTUITIVE and angers me (and even now there's no way to know if my subscription has officially been canceled or not). Many parts of this app were clearly designed by engineers. You guys really need a designer.
