We are a cosmetic on line store using Shopify and QuickBooks online. Before WeInegrate, we had to manually apply the payouts to Sales Receipt type imports - things were ok until the customer started to defer customer payments - we had no way to identify open orders, because they all came in as paid
WeIntegrate resolved that issue, we now import Invoices and automagically WeIntegrate applies the payments and makes the deposit.
Also their support team resolved any issues with 24 hours - there are great.
Thank you for your kind words! Deferred payments not being recognized causes so many downstream issues. So happy our automated accounting and instant sync creates those real invoices in QBO on arrival and then updates them as they're paid and/or fulfilled -- while payouts automatically reconcile as QBO Deposits. Instant visibility and clean happy accounting!
