QuickBooks Sync by WeIntegrate

Marc was super helpful in helping us get set up with the app. Any time I have had an issue they are quick to help and get things fixed. It took me a little bit of time to get into a groove and seeing how everything worked and posted to QBO. But now, I am amazed at how much time this integration has saved me in my day to day data entry and processing.

Marc and crew have been the best thing to happen to shopify and quickbooks online. Their customer service has made the program worth it. We had a few hiccups in the beginning however we worked through them and have figured out all of the kinks. It saves us hours of data entry.

We used to use QB POS and QB Desktop and when intuit stopped supporting QB POS I was at a loss until I Found this addon. It syncs your sales from shopify into quickbooks online in almost real time. if you were a QB POS user this is a MUST.

Big suggestion is to make sure your sku's or name's match on every item if they don't match it will create a new item for you and that can make things a little difficult but the sale is always recoreded.

hopefully soon they will have the back and forth sync I've been waiting for so we can use both programs to their full potential.

The WeIntegrate team is awesome. All the questions I have they answer quickly and in detail. Most importantly were really patient and walked me through the set-up process step by step as I'm not that tech savvy. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the application altogether as its simple to use and maintain.

We were left scrambling when the Quickbooks-Shopify native integration was no longer supported and are thankful we found Marc and the team at WeIntegrate. I was referred by an accountant from a fb group. That is important to mention bc from my understanding weintegrate was not thrown together quickly. They communicated with book keepers, e-commerce sellers and accountants and collaborated as a small team to discuss what this “building bridge” from Shopify to qb needed exactly. Not only that but they’re open to hearing your struggles so they can be aware of them and collaborate as a team to come up with a solution to elevate those struggles.

I started with very little bookkeeping knowledge as I paid a local agency to handle it all since 2021. I had to take over bc they never provided a profit and loss to me other than when my 2022 taxes were ready to be filed and I asked for it a handful of times over the year or so.

Weintegrate is truly a step ahead of other apps like webgility and A2X. They don’t just send the sales recipt (which is also more descriptive than any other integration apps) THEY MATCH IT TOO! If they can’t they send it to an account they instruct you to create during mapping. (And you only sift through those few to determine where they go)

(Do the demo do not try to skip it. This company offers more than you’re used to but that comes with communication and comprehension. It is crucial for accurate book keeping ) demo is free, trial is free 14 days then $20 a month after. Demo includes them helping you step by step (share your screen via google (I think it was) like you would qb live help they can’t seen you).

All businesses are different and weintegrate is wanting to accommodate so they LISTEN and learn.

I’m just a little business sole proprietor LLC (I am not S or c corp) mom in Ohio with talent to create high quality products. I don’t ship my customers pick up from my home which is also my business address. Like I said we’re all different but I’ve never had customer service WANT TO KNOW so they can help.

One day they’re going to be huge. I hope my business is still around. Either way they’re beneficial and very helpful.

We recently switched to Weintegrate from a brief stint with A2X. We wanted a solution that allowed us to capture all our data in QBO, not just summarized journal entries. After we signed up, we were amazed how quickly support reached out to see if we needed any help. They went above and beyond to help us get some of our historical data in that we held up in A2X. They were extremely responsive and worked with us to quickly complete the task at hand. It is nice to work with a company that understands the importance of customer service.

WeIntegrate has been an excellent solution for us. With all the lackluster QBO integrations available on Shopify, this one is exceptional. With robust functionality that makes matching deposits and analyzing discrepancies super simple. After trying multiple solutions, I truly believe this one is the best and most accurate for anyone needing to send detailed sales data from Shopify to QuickBooks.

This app is exactly what was needed to bring in the sales from Shopify to QB. It is working flawlessly! I've tried different integration apps and this one works exactly as advertised. It is making the bookkeeping so much easier!

This integration app is INCREDIBLE! I was using the generic Shopify to QuickBooks integration and it was awful. I may never get my 2023 Q4 sales tax liability into Quickbooks correctly but as of 1/1/2024 (when I set up) I won't have that problem again!
I did a bunch of research to find a better option and when I came across We Integrate and almost immediately found their "how-to guides," my search was over.
We Integrate, as of fall 2023, allows you to use all sales tax info from Shopify to keep from having few penny variances on each order. I choose to have each order import independently as a sales receipt and each sales receipt in QuickBooks looks EXACTLY as if I had manually input it myself. Couldn’t be happier (or less stressed out)!!
I used their how-to guides for initial set up and the process was flawless.
