We’ve been using Essential Cart Drawer on our Shopify store and it’s been a really useful part of our cart experience.

We recently had a fairly specific requirement around our coffee quiz. Customers completing the quiz receive a free shipping discount code, but our normal $120 free shipping progress bar was still telling them to spend more to unlock free shipping.

I reached out to support and Wendyle was incredibly helpful. He worked with us through the issue, tested a workaround on a duplicated theme so our live store wasn’t affected, and then took the feedback back to their development team.

What impressed me most was that they actually built a new feature into the app to solve the problem properly. We can now nominate specific discount codes that automatically unlock the relevant Spend Tier, which works perfectly for our quiz funnel.

Really responsive support, a solid app, and a team that genuinely listens to merchants and improves the product based on real use cases.
