Delighted we decided to move from Klaviyo to Spoks - wish I had done it sooner to be honest. I have all the functionality that I had previously and we find the dashboard a lot more intuitive to use. After two months I would say my attributed sales have increased by 25% v Klaviyo and I am saving abut 75% on my monthly bill.
Not had much need for support as the software works and is straight forward to use - but when I have contacted them the response has been very helpful & clear as well as prompt.
A great success...
