Spoks has been great for us! I love the flat pricing model. No longer am I unmotivated to grow our list due to increasing subscription costs. And customer service is amazing - easy to get help in the rare cases I've needed it. Would highly recommend!

We switched to Spoks about 6 months ago for email campaigns. We have a fairly large list size, and they were able to convert our list and flows to Spoks seamlessly. The interface is super easy to use and user friendly. Also, if support is needed, we know real humans are just a message away. You really can't beat the functionality for the price!

Switcing to Spoks has been such a great move for us. The transition from Klaviyo was super easy. I know how much I'm paying each month and it's WAY less than before. The UI is simple and it's not bloated with features I don't use. Daniel & Martin are very responsive.
We're very happy with Spoks!

Love everything about this app. It does what I need for a much more affordable price than the competition. The customer service is top notch - any time I've had a question, I get a response from a real person in minutes. Couldn't recommend enough!

We used to use Klaviyo and we just couldn't stomach the ever increasing and exorbitant monthly bill. We found Spoks and haven't looked back. The app does everything we need and does most of what Klaviyo does. Their support has been stellar. I cant recommend them highly enough and you'll love the price point. Plus they are constantly improving with new valuable features! Give it a try!

Great app. Provides ability to create, manage and monitor campaigns (posts), segment customers, create flows for lost checkouts, product browse etc, create your own flow, not restricted by database size nor send count.
The cost of this app compared to the features it provides are quite incredible, other providers quoting around 70x monthly fee for similar services.
You would imagine with their product being so competitively priced the saving must be in the customer service? wrong - completely the opposite, one of the best supported apps I've come across in terms or speed of reply, openness and availability and depth of knowledge.

If you're considering engaging I would 100% recommend and wouldn't let the recency or low number of reviews put you off, great team, great app, great price.

Have been using Spoks now for a couple of months. We have a good sized list and a very engaged customer base. I send quite a few longwinded emails with lots of images, and walls of text, and it handles that superbly.

The transition from Klaviyo was seamless, and the Spoks team handled everything flawlessly. I really enjoy composing with Spoks, it manages images beautifully, is super easy to customize our templates, and it just friggin works well.

I highly recommend trying it out, am moving a few friends and families stores to it now.

Price is right, performance is perfect, and you will like the simplicity of the interface.

I would give them 10 stars if possible. I moved from Klaviyo to Spoks and couldn't be more pleased. Even though it has been a small learning curve the Spoks team has responded rapidly to each inquiry and held my hand when needed. The price can't be beat at $35 a month. It has all the features I used in Klaviyo and I don't have to pay for all the extras that I don't utilize.

Customer service is A+ Price is A+ Software A and rapidly will make A+

I am LOVING SPOKS! I was previously using Klaviyo, paying $70 for managing a relatively small list. Daniel and the Spoks team are so responsive and helpful. Transferring my list was seamless and the learning curve on the Spoks platform was simple and intuitive. They are constantly improving their product. Between the email and SMS tools, Spoks offers a clarity and simplicity much easier to use than the other email tools out there. I am so glad I made the switch!
