SPOKS has quickly become one of the most user‑friendly tools I’ve worked with. The app is incredibly intuitive - everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense, so the learning curve is surprisingly short. You can jump in, start exploring, and feel comfortable within minutes. Even more advanced features feel approachable because the design guides you naturally through each step.

Their responsiveness is another standout. The built‑in AI assistant works smoothly and handles most questions with ease. And when the AI doesn’t have the answer, a real human steps in fast, which gives the whole experience a level of reliability and trust you don’t often see.

The analytics are clean, clear, and easy to navigate. You don’t have to dig through complicated menus or decipher confusing charts - the insights are presented in a way that’s both powerful and simple to understand.

Overall, SPOKS delivers a polished, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable experience. With its quick learning curve, thoughtful design, and excellent support, SPOKS absolutely earns all five stars.

I'm a HUGE fan!!!

I almost forgot about the price - AMAZING!!!! This is the reason we looked at SPOKS to begin with, and another reason we will stay with them..

Spoks has been great for us! I love the flat pricing model. No longer am I unmotivated to grow our list due to increasing subscription costs. And customer service is amazing - easy to get help in the rare cases I've needed it. Would highly recommend!

Real, actual, human people are what make this the best option for email marketing, in my personal opinion. From day 1, an actual human reached out to me to personally answer any questions I might have about their platform. I've been so impressed by the continued human interactions- even when I ask their AI questions, a person will follow up to make sure my questions were answered. Very easy to use. A little more "bare bones" than other options out there, but those bells and whistles come at a high price. I like that there are no surprises with the bill too. I used to dread getting new subscribers to my mailing list, as it threatened to put me into the next tier, which was exorbitant for a small list ($60/month for 1200 subscribers is robbery). I actually WANT to grow my list now- which is the point. High praise from this small biz owner.

We switched to Spoks about 6 months ago for email campaigns. We have a fairly large list size, and they were able to convert our list and flows to Spoks seamlessly. The interface is super easy to use and user friendly. Also, if support is needed, we know real humans are just a message away. You really can't beat the functionality for the price!

Switcing to Spoks has been such a great move for us. The transition from Klaviyo was super easy. I know how much I'm paying each month and it's WAY less than before. The UI is simple and it's not bloated with features I don't use. Daniel & Martin are very responsive.
We're very happy with Spoks!

A friend told me they had seen an ad for Spoks but not tried them yet. I was skeptical, but willing to test it. I started slowly, with two simple flows and a handful of weekly emails ... some of my flows got messed up when importing from another provider, but the Spoks people held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and when it got to be too much for me, they went into my account and did it themselves. I've been with them for over 3 months now and I have no regrets. They really listen to their customers and are always adding new features to make our lives easier. Highly recommend Spoks!

We're a small business and the price of Klaviyo is excessive.
Saw a recommendation for Spoks and have been using it for a couple of months. Much happier with the results - very clean emails/posts, more opening mails and the customer support is faultless.. Thanks Michal for helping today :)

Love everything about this app. It does what I need for a much more affordable price than the competition. The customer service is top notch - any time I've had a question, I get a response from a real person in minutes. Couldn't recommend enough!

I have a small business and was so tired of paying Klavio such high prices. I decided to trust the reviews I read and give Spok a shot. I am floored. The integration with Klavio was simple. The one issue holding me back was our flows and would I have to recreate them? Even those integrated seamlessly. And the support has been instant and so helpful. David and Martin are so responsive and have helped with every question I have had.
SWITCH! We need to grow our lists.. but not pay more for doing so. I am thrilled and so impressed. Thank you David and Martin!

We used to use Klaviyo and we just couldn't stomach the ever increasing and exorbitant monthly bill. We found Spoks and haven't looked back. The app does everything we need and does most of what Klaviyo does. Their support has been stellar. I cant recommend them highly enough and you'll love the price point. Plus they are constantly improving with new valuable features! Give it a try!
