Spoks: Email & SMS Marketing

After seeing several ads on Facebook & the curiosity it generated our team did a demo call with Spoks.

Their focus, delivery and promise were super clear.

They came to the call knowing who we were, what we did and also a general idea of the tools we were using.

They answered all of our questions and handled our concerns with switching from another well known player in the space who had been with us for 5+ years but seemingly lost their way on service.

Happy to say that after three months, the solution was an easy transition from the tech to the user interface to the constant and quick support as needed.

We are really happy after making the switch from Klaviyo to Spoks. Not only are we saving more than $400/month but it's easier to use and the customer service is miles better. The humans behind Spoks reply fast, are eager to help and give tips, and the migration and onboarding was less painless than we imagined it would be. Our numbers are still good and we didn't notice any kind of dip in sales or conversions.

Some of the design tools are a little clunky, but with a bit of effort to learn it, we can still design quality emails. And since it's kinda new, I'm expecting that will get better over time with new feature roll outs.

Really pleased with Spoks so far. When you’re starting out, keeping costs down makes a big difference, and the free email allowance is generous. Once you do need to pay, it’s a flat rate that’s much cheaper than the bigger names.

The team have been really quick to respond and positive about feedback too, which gives me confidence in sticking with the app as my business grows. For me, it’s a no-brainer, especially when you’re just getting started.
