Hi,

We’re sorry this situation caused frustration, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. After reviewing your store with our support and development teams, we’d like to clarify how translations work in MW Bundle Builder.

The app does support multilingual translations for the widget’s own text, including customized headings and descriptions. During our check, we added a Japanese translation for the customized heading and confirmed that it was displayed correctly on your storefront.

Product titles are handled differently. MW Bundle Builder does not create or store separate translations of Shopify product names. Instead, it displays the localized product title made available by Shopify for the currently selected storefront language.

In the example we reviewed, T Lab app was still showing “Classic Connect 2” as the Japanese product title. This may explain why the same title appeared in the bundle widget.

MW Bundle Builder is designed to work with Shopify’s native multilingual functionality. Since T Lab is a third-party translation app, the result may also depend on how it publishes localized product data to Shopify and how that data is made available to other apps.

Based on our checks, the built-in widget translation was working correctly, while the remaining question appears to concern the product-title data provided through the third-party translation flow.

We have reached out to you personally by email and chat and would be happy to review any remaining example with our product team. Please reply to us with the language and product where the issue is still visible, and we’ll investigate it further.
