Synkro: Inventory Sync

5 stars – Synkro does exactly what we needed

We run several jewelry stores on Shopify and needed to keep products and inventory in sync between our main store and a sister store, without maintaining the same catalogue twice. Synkro does exactly that, and it does it reliably.

Setup wasn't entirely plug and play in our case, but that was on us: we came from a platform migration and had a fair amount of mess in our SKUs, plus products that only existed in one of the stores. This is where the support turned out to be decisive. Eric has replied quickly, taken the time to understand our specific setup, and helped us through the whole cleanup instead of just pointing us to a help article. That is well above what you normally get on the App Store.

The app itself delivers what it promises: the master store owns the product data, and changes carry through to the connected store without us having to think about it. It has saved us a lot of hours of duplicate work.
