This has been a much better fit for us than the chargeback insurance tools we used before. The monthly app fee is way lower, and we are not paying a lot just to deal with denied chargeback claims and back-and-forth.

What we like is that this app helps catch shady orders before fullfilment, and not waiting until there is a chargeback. The workflow makes a lot more sense. It saves time, saves money, and gives us analysis to make decisions before the order goes out.
