Great app, outstanding support!
Take a NAP made compliance with Bulgarian e-shop regulations (Наредба Н-18) simple. Receipts are issued automatically at payment, the monthly audit file is generated without any manual work, and refunds are handled automatically in the background.
Their support team is what really stood out — patient, detailed answers, always backed by the exact legal articles, and they even double-checked our audit file for errors before submission. When we had a backlog of unreceipted orders, they found a clean solution and resolved it within a day.
