As a solo store owner, I cannot be online 24/7. TenChaty covers off-hours and handles the repetitive questions — order status, sizing, returns. The handoff to live chat is seamless with full context. I got the free beta by contacting support. For a product still in beta, the feature set is comprehensive and the performance is rock-solid. Saves me hours every week.
