Kendall Analytics

This app was installed by a contractor without our knowledge. Over two years, Kendall charged us ~$90/month with no installation confirmation, no welcome email, no billing notifications, no renewal reminders, and no usage alerts. Every charge was buried in a consolidated Shopify invoice with no attribution to Kendall.

When we discovered the charges and requested a refund, they denied it citing "non-use" — without acknowledging that they never once contacted us or disclosed recurring billing as required under California Law
