We have generally been very satisfied with the Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV app and recently upgraded to a paid plan.

However, we suddenly became unable to access the app today.
When we open the app in our Shopify admin, the following error message appears:
bulkfulfill-v3.upatra.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
We have already tried refreshing the page, but the issue still persists.
I also tried accessing your website, but a message appeared saying that the page does not exist.

Thank you for your review, and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue was caused by my domain unexpectedly expiring, which prevented the app from loading. It has since been renewed, and the app should now be working normally again.

Could you please try opening the app in a new browser tab, or refresh the page a few times? That should resolve the issue.

I really appreciate your support over the years and your decision to upgrade to a paid plan. I sincerely apologize for the disruption and will take extra measures to make sure this doesn't happen again.

If everything is working as expected now, I'd be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect your current experience with the app. Your support means a lot to me as an independent developer.
