Emailed many times about issues with tracking URL. No reply.
App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated.
We have reached out to support and have not heard back.

Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.
The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app.
It is a great app which makes fulfillments incredibly quickly. Also, great customer support; thank you so much!
Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! When we recently needed Steve's help to check on some settings, he replied immediately and offered his assistance unconditionally and so we were able to quickly resume using the app! Our whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful fulfillment app backed by outstanding support! Two-thumbs up!
The app is pretty good, but the tracking URL which i uploaded is always defaults to other courier or incomplete URL is uploaded. Kindly fixed it, Older version works fine but this updated version have issues.

Work till it doesn't work and they don't respond, a day or 2 later it starts working again. And now it says it will stop working Sep 2023, not sure if vendor is updating.
Very useful app as of now no glitches and works completely fine.

Useful application for fast fulfillment. We use it every day for order fulfillment in our mastic shop.
Perfect app. Exactly what we needed. They were also very helpful when we had an issue. The app is very easy to use. Upload csv file and thats it.
