Dori: AI Shopping Assistant

We have been working with Dori on our skincare website for the past few weeks and it is so much more than a chatbot, it’s an AI sales assistant on steroids, it recommends products, explains ingredients, build skincare routines and answers customers questions. It really creates an intelligent and seamless shopping experience for customers. There is a bit of a learning curve but the AI Brain allows you to create extensive custom behaviours, rules and knowledge that make the assistant feel like a real skincare consultant rather than a basic chatbot.
