Nice and simple - easy to use. Does not get anywhere near klaviyo in functionality. Flows are challenging as the yes/no splitting is handled in a cumbersome way using filters. Another recently discovered failing is that it does not sync contacts or subscribers into shopify when they sign up in spoks - bit of a fundamental failing. However, it saves me a fortune, so i am hoping it will develop quickly to plug some of these shortcomings, then maybe i'll raise my star rating a bit.

We ship new updates daily, and based on what we hear from our customers, most former Klaviyo users find that Spoks has everything they need. For the most advanced users there may still be a few features missing. In those cases, we always encourage reaching out in the support chat, so we can either suggest an alternative solution or prioritize building the feature.
Regarding contact syncing back into Shopify: this is currently in development and should be live within a couple of weeks.
The flow builder can feel a bit cumbersome for the more branched setups, but most use cases are achievable today. If anyone gets stuck, our support team is always happy to help set things up. An upgraded flow editor interface is also coming soon.
