We wanted real video on our product pages instead of leaning on static photos. They built us custom demo pages — a video landing page and a stories-style carousel — so we could see it on our own products before committing. Every time I flagged a bug or asked how something worked, I had an answer on WhatsApp fast, and a couple of my suggestions actually made it into the app. Rare to get that kind of hands-on support from an app team.
